On 25 January 1850, Abraham purchased the fee simple of “Flax Pit” from Joseph Dalamount for £6. This plot of land was number 93 on the tithe map.

Harriet Saint died in June 1859, aged 42, and Abraham died in January 1860, aged 48.

Their only daughter, Louisa, married Joseph Partridge about two weeks after her father’s death.[2]
