Introduction

Charles Bartlett has been included because he was a farmer at Hardington in 1813.[1] However, little is known about him.

Birth

Charles Bartlett was born in about 1769.

Marriage

He probably married Ann Kiddle at Hardington on 24 January 1793. However, an alternative possibility exists, as the East Chinnock marriage register contains a record of the marriage of Charles Bartlett and Ann Balster on 13 January 1794.

Occupation

Charles was a farmer at Hardington in 1813.

Death

Ann may have died in June 1833 at the age of 64, and Charles in February 1837 at the age of 69. Both were laid to rest at East Chinnock.

Children

Charles and Ann had four sons and two daughters.
